Report a player

At the table, tap the player's video, then Report & Mute. Their voice and chat are muted for you right away, and an email to us opens with the details filled in. You can also Block them so you're never seated together again.

Purchases

Coins, diamonds and VIP are bought through Apple. To manage or cancel VIP, open iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. To restore VIP on a new iPhone, use Settings › Purchases › Restore Purchases in the app. Virtual items have no cash value.

Camera and microphone

Live tables are face-to-face: your camera and microphone are shared live with the players at your table and are never recorded. Turn them on in iOS Settings › Poker Night.

Fair play

Every shuffle is locked in before the cards are dealt and revealed after the hand, so it can be checked. See Hand History in the table menu.

Delete your data

In the app, open Settings › Account › Delete Account. This erases your chips, progress and sign-in from your iPhone, and your rankings and lobby feed lines from our server.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Poker Night from your Facebook account: Facebook › Settings & privacy › Apps and websites. Poker Night keeps your Facebook user ID, name and profile picture only on your iPhone, so Delete Account removes them. More: Delete Your Data.
